CSS participated in a joint roundtable with the International Institute for Central Asia in Tashkent on “Central Asia–Afghanistan Consultative Dialogue: What Next for Bilateral and Multilateral Cooperation?”

The discussion brought together Afghan and Uzbek experts to assess pathways for advancing regional cooperation and strengthening the “Central Asia–Afghanistan” format.

CSS Director General Dr. Abdul Hai Qanit highlighted the growing importance of an economy-driven, pragmatic approach to regional engagement, while emphasizing the vital role of expert dialogue in shaping future cooperation.

Participants reaffirmed their commitment to deepening partnerships, enhancing expert exchanges, and promoting joint initiatives for regional stability and connectivity.
